Rexpondo app for iPhone and iPad

Some examples of what you can do with the app:

- view user calendars and appointments
- view the detail of appointments and the list of related tickets
- view the users queues
- view and filter the list of tickets in a queue
- for each ticket see the object, the customer, the status, the owner, the creation and last modification date, if it is blocked
- see the details of the conversation of a ticket, i.e. the list of all articles with sender, recipients, text, attachments, date-time of sending
- reply to a specific article of a ticket and change the status of the ticket
